Each year, approximately 48 leaders are invited to participate in Leadership Arlington’s Signature Program.

Qualifications
All applicants must:
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Live or work in Arlington and have done so for at least one year. Alternatively, applicants may submit a statement of relevance that explains their connection to Arlington.
• Show evidence of leadership in the workplace, community, or both.
• Be willing to commit the required time to Leadership Arlington.
• Be committed to using their leadership skills and knowledge for the long-term benefit of the community.

Tuition
Tuition for Leadership Arlington is $3,500. Limited scholarships are available where need is adequately demonstrated (see below). Leadership Arlington accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Scholarship Assistance
Leadership Arlington encourages qualified candidates to apply to the program regardless of financial status. A limited number of partial scholarships are available. Candidates interested in applying for financial assistance should state the amount requested and the reason for the request.  Please submit this request, if applicable, concurrent with your application by emailing it directly to Betsy Frantz. Scholarship requests MUST be submitted at the same time as the application for consideration.  All scholarship requests will remain confidential.

Application coaches are available to help you:
• Create an application that puts our best foot forward.
• Discuss leadership roles that showcase your qualifications.
• Assist in preparing scholarship requests or statements of relevance.
