Leadership Arlington, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather or any situation which would make the event non-viable. If Leadership Arlington cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a full refund for your registration is five (5) full business days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a full refund; however transactions over $500 may be assessed a nominal cancellation fee.

Registrations are transferable on a case by case basis with written permission to Leadership Arlington. Please submit your request in writing to Leadership Arlington.
