Participants will learn:
  • Engagement and clear definition of roles will set your board up for success,
  • How to use performance indicators, benchmarks, and metrics to help the board members and staff communicate about programs and the financial health of the organization,
  • To implement the goals, roles, processes and relationships necessary for a board to function as a cohesive "team."
