Executive Forums

The Leadership Arlington Executive Forums are a unique way for established leaders to bring their organizations and personal leadership to the next level.  Executive-level leaders often have few, if any, peers with whom they can collaborate in organizational and self improvement.  It is with this in mind that Leadership Arlington established our Executive Forums.

How many times have you thought, “I wish I had someone to help me sort this out…”?  Or, “I wish I had someone I trust to run this by…”?  The Executive Forums are designed to be your personal “brain trust.”

Leadership Arlington is the first leadership program in the region to launch such an effort to support the sustained growth of established leaders, both within and outside of our adult membership.   The unique environment of these forums is designed to support you as you continue to build to your strengths, further develop your leadership capacities, and identify new goals and outcomes in a challenging, dynamic environment.  The Leadership Arlington Executive Forums provide a confidential learning environment for CEOs, business owners, and executives to grow as leaders, seek counsel from their peers on organizational challenges, and receive support in achieving their goals and designated outcomes.

Composed of members from non-competitive industries from a variety of community sectors, forum partners act as a confidential unofficial board of advisors who bring their insights and combined support of experiences to the table.  Real business and organization issues provide the platform for practicing new behaviors.  The forum allows for accountability and support throughout the cohort experience. Members will be able to generate fresh thinking, make better decisions, and seize opportunities.  The facilitated program is  guided by an International Coaching Federation certified executive coach.  Additionally, the provide the unique, invaluable opportunity for each participant to receive 5 hours of individualized one-on-one coaching.Leadership Arlington Executive Forums
