The Leadership Institute of Northern Virginia's customized trainings consist of individualized, one-on-one training with boards or staff of organizations in the Northern Virginia region. In conjunction with the organization’s chief executive, a experienced and trained facilitator conducts a comprehensive study of the systems of the board, staff, or organization and creates an action plan for improvement. All customized trainings focus on the creation of an implementation plan specific to the client. These trainings have proven to be benefitical for nonprofit and corporate organizations alike.
