Program Structure

The Young Professionals Program invests in high-potential leaders in the DC Metropolitan area. This program provides the opportunity to develop new skills and acquire the tools and visibility to engage in their community. Participants will be encouraged to discover ways they may give back to our community as we cultivate this population of next generation leaders to become agents of change. To ensure the quality of the participant experience, the program will have a limited class size.

The program is held twice annually, including a Fall and Spring session. Each session is approximately four months long with sessions focused on civic engagement, skill building and philanthropy. Sessions meet on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.
