Program Structure

The Young Professionals Program provides the opportunity for high-potential leaders across the DC Metropolitan region to cultivate leadership skills and relationships. Participants are encouraged to discover ways that they may chart a course for impact as they develop the confidence, skills and mindset necessary for personal, professional and community leadership.

Offered twice annually in the Fall or Spring, this four-month long program meets on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. Participants engage in sessions designed to enhance self-awareness and leadership presence, work with and lead teams and strengthen networking skills. Throughout the program, members will create meaningful relationships with their peers and dynamic regional leaders that will allow them to expand their leadership footprint in the region.

This is a tuition-based program. Tuition for the Young Professionals Program is $2,000. Tuition covers all program costs, including food, transportation and staff time. Payment plans are available upon request by contacting Chief Operating Officer (COO) Liz Nohra at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
